Printed porfolio when training has been completed. Milestone certificates geared to specific personal targets. Specialised Fitness Equipment is provided for each session. Continued program adjustments to get the best from your routine. Complete nutrition overhaul - including applied nutrition. Priority on booking dates and times. At a cost of £250 per session, or £1,800 when block booking 8 sessions you can guarantee a truly first class service!
