In order for us to monitor your progress and make sure that you're training at your personal optimum levels, fitness testing methods are incorporated within your schedule. These tests focus on ensuring the workouts are designed specifically on your capabilities, wants and needs.

Keeping track of these measurements and providing statistical analysis of your key performance indicators shows exactly how you are progressing. Some of the key performance indicators we use are listed below:

  • VO2Max (Absolute / Relative)
  • Skin fold tests
  • Circumferences
  • Body Mass Index
  • Blood Pressure (Systolic / Diastolic)
  • Performance Tests
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Flexibility Tests
Fitness tests are non-invasive and are normally carried out within 6-8 week intervals. This is to ensure that we can keep a track record of your progress throughout your time with A-Firmative. These testing sessions normally lasts around 45 minutes and cost you absolutely nothing - We don't see why you should have to pay for something that helps us gauge how effective your routine is.
