In an ideal world everything would be perfect and absolutely nothing would go wrong. Unfortunately, in the real world things can be quite different. We truly believe that mistakes do get made - that's only natural, however, the same mistake twice is - not good. That's why we want to know from you, any problems you may experience with our service that you come across. ... Even if that problem happens to be: "I've had to buy a new wardrobe!" "I've become addicted to exercise!" "I don't get period pain any more and its costing me a fortune in tests!" (this one's for women!); "My mum now has more energy than me!" (for kids) ;

Unfortunately, we experience these kind of problems frequently. Sadly, we can do nothing about these particular problems, but feel obliged to keep letting us know ;o) (NB: These are all geniune comments made by our clients).
